Tea Lover’s Cafe (TLC) has reinvented the classic afternoon tea experience a modern twist—blending an elegant tea party experience with powerful themed conversation, the celebration of sisterhood, and meaningful connections designed to inspire personal growth and self-care at different venues across the DMV.
