How does Tea Lovers Café subscription work?
Shortly after signing up for the Tea Lovers Café subscription box you will receive a package straight to your door! Your first box is the introductory box that includes your 25oz infused tea pot, Glass Tea Mug, and your loose-leaf tea package according to your subscription package. This is an ongoing monthly subscription that you can cancel or pause at any time.
All monthly boxes are shipped at the same time – on the 5th of the month. All orders must be placed by the 25th of each month in order to receive the next month box (unless we have extras). If you subscribe after the 25th and want the next month box, contact us and we’ll let you know if there are any left to ship. Otherwise, you are subscribing for the box coming out the next month (Example: Order May 25 – received June box) the month after.
What’s Inside Your Box?
What is in your box is according to the subscription type you subscribe to. Your mini teaser will include 1 premium package loose leaf tea for 8-12 cups, information about your tea, and steeping instructions.
The Teaser will have 2 premium package of loose leaf tea for 11-20 cups of tea, information about your tea, and steeping instructions.
How does billing work?
You will be billed monthly on the same day you signed up for your subscription.
Is there a contract?
No, you cancel anytime.
If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the same day of the month you subscribe. You will get a reminder email each month in case you need to make a last-minute change to your address, and billing information. If you need pause your account, or cancel, we understand, and you are welcome to rejoin when you are ready.
How does shipping work?
The shipping price “is not” included in the price of the SUBSCRIPTION BOXES because we want to maximize the items you receive in each package. However, there is a flat shipping rate for each of our boxes. The flat shipping rate for the subscription boxes is $6.00.
The shipping rates for all other products range from $3.00 – $6.00. In some instance shipping may actually cost more than you pay, but we absorb the rest.
We currently only ship to the US.

How can I cancel my subscription or receive a refund?
If you ever need to put your subscription on pause, or cancel your subscription, you can at any time by signing into your account on the portal at www.tealoverscafe.com and use the password you created when you subscribed to cancel your subscription. In order to receive a refund, you must request one before your package has shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for packages that have shipped. You may receive a refund for an order any time before shipment, which is the 5th of the month. If you’re ever dissatisfied, we’ll do our best to make your experience spectacular, please do reach out!)
Can I give this as a gift?
Of course, we would love that! You can add a subscription to your cart, or make this a one-time purchase. When you purchase a subscription as a gift, be sure that you correctly enter your billing address but THEIR shipping address.
You can also send a special note to the person you are gifting.
